Um, but it kind of aligned with what coach was saying, what my trainers were saying, cuz I gotta let myself let my body recover. So I'm not, you know, that's how you let the wear and tear wear and tear just pound on top of each other. So it was just really just chilling and just happy to be back in the routine and getting the flow of things.

I feel like a little bit, which I used to do different though, which it's crazy. Like, and every time anybody asks me about you, I say like, it's the unique thing about you is like, you have like a crazy routine and a different like perspective on it already. I think the biggest thing about that, though, which is cool, is it can tell you which hamstring is stronger than the other. Yeah. Do you have, like, a stronger hamstring? Yeah. So my left side is stronger than my right side. My left side is weaker. Yeah. So I got 700 today on my left side, and I got, like, 600 on my right side. Oh, my God.
