I think it's a huge opportunity for revenue growth as well.
And how are you actually bringing new innovation, you know, quicker than ever, building that new IP, you know, and actually, you know, new revenue opportunities, I think is hugely exciting.
So change, you know, for me is exciting.
I think for others it's probably daunting, but I think it's in this opportunity.
I think it would be to challenge how we run some of our businesses earlier.
You know, I do think this has been an industry and every firm I've worked for, we go and sell this vision to customers and we help them on their journey and yet we're running our businesses, you know, not how we tell our customers to run theirs.
I would have made some of those changes earlier and actually made I think actually if we'd have invested more in our businesses and some of the foundations to get that right, that would have really unlocked you know.
going back to the days when I was the consultant out there, like I think just how we would have made things easier for people and, you know, been able to grow perhaps our our businesses more rapidly by making some of those investments.
So I think it have pushed harder to think about internally how we operate as businesses versus just, you know, how we're helping our customers operate differently.
I would start by looking at where is your expertise?
Like how are you going to differentiate your expertise and your value?
And then how are you going to continuously evolve that over the future?
And then what do you need to put in place to make that happen?
And that feeds all the way through to not only like have you got the right operational systems to support, like we've got the right people and talent.
But I think you've got to ask yourself, start with, you know, where's my expertise and how am I really capturing and evolve that deep expertise?
and value that I think is the thing that's gonna sustain consulting as an industry moving forwards.
They should just connect with me, reach out to me either at Cantata or through LinkedIn.
And I'd love to particularly with the community I think we're building in London and you know, and globally as well.
I think it'd be great to sort of be able to tell you more about leaders in consulting, but also more about Cantata as well.
He makes less of the doctrines than our American preachers generally do and aims more at affecting the heart.
