And beautifully, very, very, you know, when you watch that back, she's brilliant.

Well, just I think going back to that point that what I've learned is sometimes I feel like I've probably behaved not brilliantly.

You feel like you're aware, you're being perceived as being difficult.

And maybe you are being difficult because you're thinking...

I've been forensic.

I want to look like this.

This isn't right.

My hair isn't right.

And I've noticed, and all women notice this, you have to be so much nicer.

The goal for women in the industry is to be nice.

And I totally agree.

It's conflicting because you think, I want to be a decent person.

I want to be a good person.

But also I've got my professional standards of things need to be right for me to do my job.

And you do notice the rules are much stricter for the women.

It's like people want you to be nice.

And I think...

I want to be, and you want to be lovely to work with because people do want to work with lovely people.

And I think you work better when you're happy and you're nice to people.

But I think you don't want to be a people pleaser.
