It's not.
It's going to be the same in terms of calories and in terms of the effect on your teeth.
So, you know, substituting sugar for honey isn't healthier.
They're just different flavours.
Now, in saying that, no problem.
Put a bit of honey on your porridge in the morning.
Do you know what I mean?
It's not that we have to cut it out.
No, it's the same.
No, it's nice.
What about maple syrup?
Same thing.
As I said, sugar is sugar.
So, you know, whether it's runny sugar or dry sugar or coconut sugar, it doesn't matter.
If it's sugar, it's sugar.
And when we talk about adding sugar, like if you're adding sugar, it's added sugar.
So, you know, if you like maple syrup, you like honey, go for it.
But there's no inherent healthier benefit to using those over and above.
Like people say, oh, you know, there's iron in maple syrup.
