And I'm sure that we're going to have tales of that as well.
But also the idea that something worth doing must be intrinsically really hard on your body feels like an idea that we're overly attached to and in a bigger way.

And certainly, you know, a lot of us have been brought up on the idea that if it's worth doing, it should be painful, you know, and that's, I think such a dangerous idea right across the board.
