Three weeks, yeah.

I was, yeah.

That was the final day of it and it was the final medal to be awarded.

So on the Sunday in Milan, we packed off to the stadium and got to see it.

Yeah, so in a similar way to curling, they have an awful lot of games to get around.

So, they will start in ice hockey pre the opening ceremony, like curling, because they have so many games to get through.

And then they finish the weekend.

I would say that ice hockey is far more fast and frenetic and was a great spectacle.

And I'm not going to make out I am a big ice hockey expert.

This was the first game I saw live.

And I grew up in hurling, so I love fast sports.

And I think hurling is the best.

And this was the only thing that kind of came close in terms of that kind of pace of play and ferocity.

And this, as I was listening to commentary, I was being informed, was probably the greatest Olympic final in ice hockey in terms of the quality.

Now, that has been helped because this was the first Winter Olympics since...

14 I think 14 that NHL players have been in because there's been disputes with the NHL over kind of lots of things around insurance and then COVID last time out so basically all the NFL players were in there so there was suddenly big hopes for USA that they might eventually get over the line I hadn't realised it was that long since they won it since 1980 which if anybody has watched the film Miracle on Ice will know it was a team of college students and misfits that went up against the might of the USSR and

beat them in the semi-final, you know, with all the political backdrop of the Cold War.

But they hadn't won an Olympic gold since, which was astounding to me.

The women have, but the men haven't.

And they were coming up against Canada in the final.
