Make yourself familiar before you start packing of what exactly you can and can't bring with you.

Well, to be honest now, it really depends on the lounge.

And I think it depends on the time you're going as well.

Dublin Airport, in fairness to them, have done a huge amount of work upgrading all their lounges recently.

The Phoenix lounge, I think, is particularly good.

And if you're going with a group of girls or you're going on kind of an evening flight

and you're going to get a couple of drinks in the airport get some food then i think like paying 35 euros is absolutely worth it because you're fed you can bring little snacks with you to bring on the plane you have your couple of drinks before you go and it's a lovely relaxing experience way to start kick off your holiday so i would say definitely obviously if you're on a really early morning flight and unless you're going to want a big breakfast it's probably not worth it and so it depends on the time of day you're flying who you're going with

Obviously, there's no reductions for kids, so it doesn't tend to be as cost-effective for families as it is for adults.

But yes, the lounges have definitely improved and I would say I found them definitely worthwhile when travelling with friends the last couple of times.

Yeah, you can really get stung here, really kind of, particularly for anyone going to the US.

Obviously, it's fine if you're travelling in the EU, you're roaming, we'll cover you.

But there are the, I think it was Andorra I was in, I didn't even dawn on me that I was going to be fleeced because it wasn't in the EU, but it was a big bill when I came back.

So just check the country you're going to.

And the eSIMs are really good value.

I bought one with Aerolo recently.

It was 24 euros.

Now, I was using my Instagram and data all the time.

So, when I was in the States, I had unlimited data for seven days for 24 euros.

Now, I know if I was using that on my regular account, it would have been in the hundreds.

So, the eSIMs can actually be really, really good value if you're travelling outside the EU.
