Yeah, it was a long year.
We had our first big rainstorm and I just happened to go into the attic and there was a small drip coming from the roof, the roof ridge vent.
But it kind of added up in those first two to three months.
And frankly, that would have been something that would have been caught on an inspection.
But we waived our inspections or rather the walkthrough.
um just because the way that the market was so yeah we definitely hit our lumps and bumps in those first few months but i gotta say we i think we got through it really well how did that make you feel oh all that happening at once there was a lot of panic i think yeah we were stressed we're moving from our rental into this house we're dealing with water a lot of water damage we are still afraid of any water sounds that we hear in the house
