Okay, certain products, like the enterprise products, it's very difficult to set it.
They don't have any, it's basically a good salary.
We don't drive on basically revenue side of things.
But for the Document 360, it's basically, we are looking at about $1,200 to $2,000 per MRR per month is the quota for a typical SDR.
That's right.
Yeah.
So we have this company culture is, you know, we run it on a good salary rather than a commission driven model.
It's right now, the last six months, data is looking somewhere between 2% to 5% monthly churn.
This is a net revenue churn, not logo churn.
In fact, like in Document 360, we didn't see any impact.
The growth is higher on Document 360.
It didn't dip.
It's actually gone up, actually.
Interesting.
In terms of your revenue, yeah.
It's an online self-service knowledge base.
So if you have a product and you want it like a self-service knowledge base, you can build it using Document 360.
At the moment, the customers might use something from bundled along with your help desk products like Zendesk, PressDesk, or Intercom.
But the problem is they don't invest enough on the knowledge base side of things.
So that's why I said, I know we experienced a pain point ourselves.
