It's so important we talk about this on The Voice.
Women have something to say.
We've lived.
There are so many great things that happen with age.
Some of it's not so good.
Some of it great.
And one of those things is wisdom and a real comfortableness with yourself.
I love those comments from her.
And given, she said, this is something that gets discussed on set.
Would love to get your thoughts on that.
I think it's such a great lesson to talk about, to support one another, but to model it for the next generation coming through.
And I agree with everything you've said.
And I think there's that resilience aspect to what you've spoken about and I think what Melanie was talking about too.
And as you say, you're not hardened by it, but you become genuinely more resilient in that you just know you can come out the other side of things.
