Now, it depends on how the NHL is going to view that.
Like, are they going to view it as that circumventing
Because we've seen the NHL do this before, where they say that goes against the spirit of the rule.
I'm not even sure they'll let you do that, for instance.
But there is a world, this happens in the NBA a lot, where you can't trade the pick until later in the summer, but then you get a team to pick the player for you, and then you complete the trade later on.
So there are ways around it.
Obviously, if you're looking to do things, just to be clear, they technically can't trade the pick before it's selected.
That's the rules in place by the National Hockey League.
But the other part of it is, Jake Dabrowski has a no-move clause.
Mm-hmm.
And he can very much dictate where he would want to go and what he would want to do.
But I do think, like I mentioned this before, I think he'd be open to it.
And I don't think it would be too hard to get him to waive.
