We've heard a lot about the two big Swedish defensemen, Hawkinson and Gustafsson.

Are they going to be higher on the list?

Some teams love Oscar Hemming, for instance.

Does he kind of be viewed as a guy that's in that tier two?

Even Ethan Belkits is a guy who's been kind of mentioned as potentially a tier two player.

So there's a chance that some team, whether I don't know if the Canucks are here, but that second top two tier extends to 12 or 13 players.

And if that's what you're looking at, you might be getting that player at 14.

So I'd much rather get the 14th overall pick as opposed to getting second and third round picks.

Yeah, I mean, Andrew texted and says that Kesselring has more value than Jake Dabrusk.

We can sit here and debate semantics and debate what you think who has more value or not.

I don't think it's too dissimilar regardless because if you're looking at going from 27 to 20, what's the valuation on that?

A second round pick generally to go up seven spots, maybe a third even.

And what have we put Jake DeBrusque's value at?

or along the lines of what Garland got at the high end, second, and another pick.

So it's whatever, right?

If it's Kelser Ring being slightly more valuable, maybe slightly more, maybe Dabrowski slightly more, I don't think it's too dissimilar, but it does still apply for the same concept of could you potentially use another pick and

with a party that's interested because the Canucks do have a late first they have a couple high second round draft picks and could you use the brusque or another player to move up the draft and instead of getting another asset back in return and I think ultimately those are the avenues that the Canucks should be exploring if they can't get a pure nice draft pick straight up one of these players

And I mean, and the big question with guys who have no trade clauses are what would they be willing to do?
