I think it's obviously well deserved of her performances uh last season, not just obviously for Newcastle, but on the international stage, I think that can
is really where a player can put a and make a name for themselves and I suppose put themselves in the shop window because it's such a massive stage.
Um but yeah I think I'm really excited to see how she develops um in the WSL and obviously with a team like Brighton who have been that sort of team where we've expected maybe a little bit more from in most recent years and
you know, a team that is always very well structured, very well prepared, but maybe just lacks that cut and edge that can bring them to the sort of
push a sort of united team uh for that.

So it was a nice wee thing, but um I think it is so important that you know she's happy there and that goes for all the players that make that jump.
Um which is why as I said it's it's nice that a lot of the players who have moved have a sort of Irish compatriot with them.
Um and hopefully like as as Karen already touched on, I think your mental capacity in football is probably more important than your physical capacity.
