They'll fly, but again, if she goes into a squad that doesn't have the capabilities to play her system, I can't see her changing.

Um I'd say that's what Manchester United looked at uh in terms of the recruitment process for a manager.
Well she had a very small squad of hearts and obviously as I said a low budget.
So they're looking for her to I suppose develop the players that are already there and make use of what she has.
Um will she be able to transform players to player style?
Maybe.
It worked at hearts, it could work here.
Um so yeah, I think it's gonna be
extremely interesting.
I think her her personal development with players at Heart was outstanding.
Uh a lot of them have moved on now to the championship this season and have, you know, said that her work has like helped them get to that point and have has massively improved them as a player.
Um I know that the backroom staff have stayed, which is I think important because
um her player management on a personal level isn't great.
Um it might be a language barrier, but I think she just prefers to take the tactical side of the game.
rather than focus on giving a player an arm around a shoulder um if they need it or, you know, chatting to players or being that sort of personal uh to the players.
So I think it's important that the backroom staff has remained mostly the same.
