But the uh characteristics include things like
Developing your purpose fo and focusing on that, um, not getting stuck in the muck with all the other pressures and things.
So you staying in your lean.
Don't worry if you've got the multiple intelligences or not, just do it.
Um authenticity, which is uh related to that, of course.
Um having integrity is a really important thing to develop in your life.
Grit is an important one, but I like to think of it as equanimity, you know, which is uh more Buddhist and it's a more gentle, loving form of grit.
uh having you know and cultivating your creative spirit, your s you know, spontaneous childlike
um uh a sense of wonder and awe um is something that I think is very underrated in our school system.
It's like I think I it was an awe once in seventh grade and I was sent to detention.
Uh
you know, that wasn't good.
Um, you know, and acceptance, self acceptance, oh boy, that one is so huge.
Um, but so is other acceptance, you know, accepting others as well.
No, they really aren't.
Um, the more uh from a neurological perspective, the more that you focus on
Um the attentional control of the child, like the executive attention and brain network it's called, the less you're able to develop the human imagination.
They are toggling with each other, these two brain networks.
So and yet it really is a use it or lose it sort of thing, you know.
