Me and my wife at the time were trying to make six mortgage payments on a private school salary.

There are also hard money lenders that will lend you on flicks and flips.

So there's a lot of money out there.

The thing is, most people will, I don't have money in my account, I don't have money in my retirement account, stuff like that.

If you keep waiting to save, you're never going to get where you want to be.

Here's a little thing.

Jesus saves, but everybody else has to invest, okay?

And that's the part about going out and networking.

You'll find people that come to these investment clubs that have money sitting in a self-directed IRA that they will lend to you if it's a good deal.

You know, and they'll lend you the money to purchase that property.

Or if you're buying it cheap enough, they'll lend you the rehab costs as well.
