It's kind of like when you're a small DSO, like when do you bring on a full CFO versus a fractional CFO?
You know, like all those first big role hires, you know, it's always like question of like, oh man, am I really committed to this?
Do we think we're gonna go from 10 to 20 in X time?
It's kind of the same thing with the facility manager role.

It's you know, one answer might be like, hey
We're leasing the all the spaces and the landlord's responsible for the roof.
And the landlord's responsible for the
snow removal out in the winter months and you know all the exterior things around the envelope, you know, that you might be able to s not have as much involvement.
