You know, we love those types of projects, but we also have projects where it's just uh

You know, it's when you lease a dental facility, everybody knows it's super costly to build out a dental office.

So we don't move offices very often.

And they're staying in the same facility for

ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty years.

Like you gotta paint 'em so out every so often.

You gotta do flooring replacements.

Sometimes you gotta do cabinetry replacements and LED lighting upgrades to um

Frank for my team leads our office refresh program.

And uh we're fortunate we've got a very healthy refresh budget that we get to reinvest in our practices and uh go to our our market leaders, help us prioritize the work.

And we've got kind of some scoring

uh mechanisms we do for because not all offices age at the same rate for a variety of reasons.

But it's great when we go work with our operations partners and say, hey, congratulations.
