And being able to have resources such as myself and analytics to be able to go out and get that data where oftentimes we know
product availability, service coverage, and service responsiveness better than the manufacturers do and better than the dealers do.
We can say instead of running like a national report for like, hey Henry Shine, what's your average time from dispatch request to on-site?
and getting a national number, I can actually do that by market level.
It's another like, hey, we're seeing a trend in
You know, pick a market.
Like, man, service seems off here.
What's going on?
Or man, service response is great here.
Give kudos to that group.
Like they're that market in you know Wisconsin, man, they're on it.
They're they're fantastic.
Let let them know how much we appreciate that.
Um, and so we're you know, taking the data and sharing it with some of the other DSOs um and benchmarking, creating best practices is something that I'm increasingly passionate about.
And a lot of that I it was from my experience when I was at Shine.

You know, that you know, at times I had Heartland as a customer, I had Pacific as a customer, um Dean Hansen at Interdent and I go back 20 plus years.
And then just regional DSOs, clear choice when they were a very just like not much more in a startup when Dr.
Maloney uh started that group in Colorado and the
Guys from Comfort Dental and so many other great DSOs around the country, and you kind of learn the best practices of each group.
