We are looking at our facilities and going, How can I provide the best experience for patients and providers, or at least not have the facility on the dental equipment be a detractor from the experience?
Yeah, we're trying to f you know, fix air compressors and unplug toilets and paint walls cost effectively.
Like there's nothing competitive about what I do.
And if I share something with
the folks at Heartland or one of the other groups.
So um and they all have kind of had that same mindset of, you know, a rising tide lifts all boats.
And we've really leaned into that about, you know, how do we help each other?
provide the best healthcare experience we can.
Like, you know, if we can reduce our
HVAC operating cost, which is the largest facility maintenance cost for every retailer.
Um, like if we can learn from somebody else or
Uh and for example, like we did an RFP a year ago uh in the HVAC category.
I got huge input from the other DSOs on how they uh manage their vendors and they provided references and like, hey, when I did our last contract, man, I really wish I would have honed in on this one component more.
So we've taken this group, uh D FAM, and we're starting to make it into more of a structured call, uh
Inviting more groups to it, um, of all sizes.
It's kind of the general theme is we're all DSOs and we're all supporting multi-state operations.
We don't really have like a s you know, uh, hey, you gotta have five hundred offices to join the call.
It's not that.
It's um
You know, just you know, be there for the right reasons.
