So but the point of that is I can't conclusively say that Pulst doesn't work, and I'm not saying.

Uh what I'm saying is

The entire field of serious illness care has for decades been plagued by a really weak evidence base.

And I think that is among the reasons that we're seeing major foundation after major foundation pull away from funding serious illness care.
