What we're talking about here is ultimately, never mind Iran, we're talking about how to defend the United States from a nuclear attack by North Korea.

Um, my understanding is and I'm an amateur on missile defense here, guys, but

that what's so unique about the new Russian hypersonics is that these are lower altitude and coming in at shallower angles at hypersonic speeds around, I guess, Mach 9 or whatever that make it impossible to defend from them.

But if you're talking about a three-stage intercontinental ballistic missile coming off a Russian submarine or coming out of Siberia and going over the pole, then
