And I think he's took a lot of pressure off his players by what he's saying.

And if you're in that changing room, sitting there, listening to your manager, like we all do after a game, you sit there, you listen to what your manager's saying,

You know, at times this year, for me, he just took that pressure off him at times and really eased it off and always spoke down about it.
