Yeah, Scuba saw Garth in the produce section, right?
Yeah, I was at Publix when I first moved here, and I was looking at the bananas.
My son was like a year and a half, and I was like, bananas, yellow.
And he was saying it, and I hear this voice behind me.
He's like, oh, man, that's the best age right there.
No way.
But I didn't even realize.
I knew who Garth Brooks was, but I wasn't a country guy when I moved here.
And I was like, yeah, man, we're talking for like three minutes in Publix over in Gallatin.
And then I was like, man, that guy just seems so familiar.
Yeah.
And he gave me advice about life and kids and when they get older and everything.
No way!
Yes, at Publix, of all places.
And then like two seconds later, I hear a guy go, hey, what's up, man?
he was wearing like a regular like ball cap hat unsolicited just hung out with me for like three to four minutes talking about life and advice and what to do as a parent and all these things and you know take time slow enjoy the little moment like everything i was just like we're just hanging out by bananas talking at any point were you just like who's this weirdo yeah why won't this guy stop talking to me no i actually like talking to people in public i do it all the time i'm that i'm that weirdo so i just kind of embraced it and enjoyed it and it was a cool moment and then now it's like one of those things like oh my gosh that was freaking garth brooks
Yeah, and everyone knew that it was, like, I guess he goes there frequently, so everyone was freaking out.
Like, it was like a normal thing that Garth was there.
They were not freaking out.
I freaked out once I realized who it was, and then I tried to, like, find him throughout the grocery store to be like, hey, man, remember that?
