Through an interview system, we look for people to take part in it, and Kerry was the luckily chosen person.
So he bought the cows to bring to Gurdine.
Facilities in the farm is owned by Shinaka States, and that's your share arrangement.
You split the income, you split the costs.
It's working out well for both.
There's a 97-cow herd and a 100-acre block.
There is an income for both sides.
It is, yeah.
And I suppose there's an incentive too for the share farmer to be top of the class, really, because it's his advantage that the more he brings in in his check, the more of the share he keeps.
There's also an advantage to the owner of the farm that your profits will be higher as well.
It will be higher than just leasing it out.
And you're able to invest in your farm.
You're able to claim depreciation.
And I think it's a win-win.
That happens everywhere, but you have to get over it and move on.
I suppose there's a strategy and a plan in place, and that's always reverted to if there's an issue.
