um hey you never say never and like um love the team it always will i'm unbelievably proud of what i was part of um that was my time that was my moment so yeah you say that and this is really interesting because 20 years of ip does the phone ever ring from people who are currently in there and say hey shandy what do you think about this

I think that about sport in general is that there is, and maybe you spoke to it, there is a fear of what has happened.

It's almost like if we acknowledge it was really good back then, we're not doing a good job now.

Well, no, you're not.

You're just seeing what worked really well and what you can take and change and adapt to your own way.

Is there a chapter in that book about the first time the All Blacks put a commercial sponsor on the front of the shirt to help explain like Artie did the commercial obligations?

Did you ever think about dabbling in a New Zealand flag blue?

But that's an interesting case study in terms of the power of the pushback based on the legacy that we all buy into and that we all talk about.

You talk about the book and club rooms and these – jersey presentation or cap presentation?

Are those other big internal cultural moments?

Yeah, it's been, it's an interesting one because over that,

most successful period of All Blacks Rugby there are these peripheral characters a lot of the attention goes to McCaw to Steve Hansen but there are so many people that are in the room that are right there at the coalface and yours is a story that I've been wanting to hear for so so long so to be able to get snippets of it this morning today has been really really awesome but to

think in this seat about the potential impact that you can have on other businesses other organizations other sports too is pretty mind-blowing um when we had rito in here was talking about the second part of his career i feel like you're into that that phase of yours as well which is uh yeah very very bright so i wish you all the best for that no thank you no it's been um
