And we've all done the Calm Under Pressure workshop.
Of someone who's lived it and is very raw and sort of real, but incredibly articulate and good with your messaging and just knows his shit.
So yeah, I'm excited to see where that path takes you.
I'm keen to talk about the boys because I want to talk about Sunday Cup because everyone we spoke to, all the guys, they're like, yeah, you need to talk about Sunday Cup because that's a theme of the podcast is men spending valuable time together and actually talking through their shit.
So what is Sunday Cup?
I want to talk about the ick and it was something from Ash that came through and it's the, I'm not sure of the fear or the thought of someone from 15 years ago hearing you talk about things like this.
Like it's been incredibly like real and great, but for whatever reason, there's a part of you that thinks someone's going to be listening to it and thinking, oh, this guy's full of shit and that kind of not sitting well with you.
Shorts, man.
This has been epic.
I'm going to ask you about it.
I've actually got some words to read to bring us home from Chelsea and Rhonda.
And they're decent passages, so stick with me.
Chelsea says...
He's such a great dad.
He takes accountability for his actions, which is something we grew up with not a lot of people doing around us.
He's just working hard every day to understand himself, especially around getting help.
He's got a lot of issues from our relationship with dad and stuff.
He had a lot of things come up and behaviors that came out because of that, but he's massive into going to get help with a therapist.
He pays for his workers and his staff, and he's paid for people in our family to get the same help.
He's a massive advocate for mental health and trauma and stuff like that.
