I know, but like I think I probably had a little bit of a bee in my bonnet about, you know, we've got this vision, New Zealand's most trusted storytellers and we've got these values and they were just,

words and things.

But now some of the decision making and some of the reflection is being guided by those values.

Does it fit within the community?

Is it something, does that align with New Zealand's most trusted storytellers?

And like, that's amazing for me to see

the switch in thought pattern from it just being a task that we had to do because it was an advisory task.

Yeah.

Exactly.

Like ticking something off on the box.

And he still has elements of that personality of like, if he gets his mind fixated on something that needs to be done, it's like, I can't let it go until it is done, regardless of whether it might be a priority or not.

So there's still a little bit of that to go.

But...

Like to then go, hey, I think this guest would be really good because it speaks to our community value.

Like such a great decision to take, real conviction.

You can understand the layers behind it.

And I'm like, yeah, I see that.

Great, let's go ahead and do it.

So like those sort of things are cool to see come to life in someone.

I know exactly what you mean.
