And then it just sort of all sort of falls into place.

And specifically talking about the studio, like what a game changer this is to be able to record in Hamilton.

to be able to invite guests into our space, which speaks to our values of ambassadors and being good buggers and being good hosts and responsible.

And then once that's finished, we don't lose another hour and a half driving back home again.

We can just walk straight out into our workspace and record there.

Like recapturing massive amounts of time, but just...

I don't know, the familiarity aspect of it, the control aspect of it, the fact that it's an asset that we can get revenue from as well.
