And I saw people excited to dine together every day at one o'clock, the lights get shut off, the power goes down, emails shut off.
Everybody has to go to the cantina, which is like a three Michelin star restaurant.
And you have a four course meal and you sit together and you talk about stuff other than work.
And two o'clock you go back to work for another three hours really hard together and collaborate together and build beautiful things together.
And at five o'clock the lights go off and you leave to go home for the night.

who I recruited for two years to be our SOM at Lilia, she's now the COO of our company.

I feel like that is an exciting thing to do.
And to be in a neighborhood like Williamsburg, now four businesses, and getting so involved in the community there to make it better, to live there.

But someday, it's my version of it.
But it was just such an inspiring day.
And everything that I've read about Brunello and his brand, I hope that I can leave a
the world that I'm a part of in a place that's better, just like he's done.
I think it's an awesome feat and it's something that does drive me now.
