But I was so worried in a lot of those instances of still trying to be liked and respected. I think you get better at being able to, with an empathy, but an honesty and a direct, you know, communication in regards to, Hey, this sucks with careful consideration. I've been wrong before.

Like, what's the shit that really matters in terms of how you positively impact people, but how you handle hard times, how you handle hard conversations with an empathy and an appreciation mindset? how you enjoy it. You know, I think sometimes not taking yourself so seriously too. I think it was part of, you know, just coming into that dynamic.
