Agreed to a point, except on business side, on marketing side, you need to know the general temperature of your audience, especially if there are other ways that you can take this information and use it, not just what the person says, but sort of where they're coming from. voice-verified

And I agree that, unfortunately, for better or for worse, Wizards is in a situation where they need to keep an eye on many different pots that are boiling. voice-verified
