I was blown away.
And he goes, I, you know, I realized, okay, it wasn't necessarily me.
It was just that whole collection and I was part of it.
and i think that that's what what was so tremendous tremendous and i you know people talk about me being on that first episode of raw and being a part of history of that i didn't know that night i was freezing my ass off out on uh you know in front of the manhattan center that that would become some trivia question you know and that i would have those bits that i did with bobby i have a poster up in my office here of us out front when he's dressed in drag and uh
To me, that stands out as far as the bits that I got to do because any chance I had to be a straight man for Bobby Heenan, I was in.
Him getting in all the different outfits and having no idea what he was going to do, that is another big memory for me.
Well, I knew that he was going to dress up.
You know, they say he's going to be dressed in drag, then he's going to be Hasid, you know, come out like that.
But as with anything, you know, back then...
Tommy, you know better than anybody that things were not scripted back then.
We didn't script anything.
And Vince liked it that way.
And Bobby, you know, you didn't script Bobby Heenan.
It just didn't happen.
And if you see that coming out, there's a couple times where he almost broke me.
And I would have to look away from the camera.
Because when, you know, the whole thing was, and he's like, the one thing he said to me is, you know, like, grab my wig.
Or, you know, he would do stuff like that at some point.
But when he does the whole reaction stuff, I would lose it.
And as well prepared as I tried to be and knew what might be coming...
