Yeah, exactly.

And so that year where we just had so many founders give us so much goodwill, because founders desperately want this product to exist.

And so, you know, I couldn't have been more appreciative to all the design partners who trusted us early on.

But also, you know, because our customers are founders, they're product people as well.

And they love giving product feedback, right?

And so, you know, they would sit down.

I remember our very first, one of our first customers, he looked at my, you know, my design for something that I had built and he was using it.

And he just looked at me and he goes, this is really, really bad.

Yeah.

he's like this screen is so confusing he's like i have no idea what it's doing he's and then he just tore it to pieces and you know immediately came off the call and i'm like we need to rebuild this simplicity yeah that's the key isn't it and if i hadn't had that brutal feedback like literally on day one we would have had that terrible screen

uh for too long um i'm going to put a link to to c point in the show notes as well but they can obviously go on and sign up but i'd be shocked if there's a lot of founders listening to this going yes is it much integration i think that's always the big thing for founders to fear is it much of an integration process no so i am a hugely lazy founder as well and i know that the amount of friction that you put between a founder uh trying your product and getting value from it is a huge indication of whether you're going to get people on board so

normally if you go to any other financial provider what's the first thing they ask you to do fill out a form we need to open your account it's fine it's only 17 easy steps and so you know here's my name my address and like you're up on the fourth or fifth screen and you're just like is this really the most important thing for me to be doing today is filling out a form

So I had, you know, kind of two design principles.

First of all, no forms.

You can sign up, you can go and link your existing bank accounts without opening an account.

So this is the other thing.

When you go on to Seapoint, you take your existing bank's

we have 2000 integrations across Europe.

So you can take your HSBCs and revolutes of the world.

And within, you know, two minutes you connect them up and we get all of your life financial data.
