Something that Ciro does really well is he tries to get video the exact same, whether it's a win or a loss.

So try and have a good energy.

And then obviously a lot of it is led by the coaches.

They're the ones that are watching the clips, cutting the clips out.

But then obviously players, you know, have a really good feel.

So they'll ask, oh, what did you feel in that moment?

Or what were you thinking?

And then it's kind of just a discussion really.

And a lot of it isn't just to put players on show, whether if they've stuffed up, it's actually just to get learnings for everyone in the room.

So if they're in that same position, you know, they don't make the same mistakes.

Or if someone's done something really well, you know, when players are in that position, what did that player do?

So yeah, video sessions can vary from, you know, positives and negatives.

But at the end of the day,

just to get you better.

Yeah, again, it's literally just all of them.

So they all have their little roles.

Yeah, again, like attack coaches would do attack, defense coaches would do defense, and then last play coaches would do last plays.

And then the head coach will just really do anything, I guess, that he values or that he's seeing and something that he really likes or something that he doesn't.

So sometimes they do crossover, but

They're all pretty like, they all know what they're going to show, so they don't try to double up as much as they can.
