You know, you also got to remember you have 36 year olds.

You also have 17, 18 year olds.

You have very different age groups, but we all got to come together as one.

So everyone plays a role in that, no matter if you're a senior or a junior person in the game.

Mate, 100%.

You know, I think the most important thing is, you know, never being too high and never being too low.

And, you know, that's something that, you know, from top down, you know, everyone's really, really driving, no matter if you're at the Bulldogs or, you know, at any club, you know, everyone's always trying to stick together.

know and just trying to get every win that that you can you know whether that's focusing on the training session that you're at or or the gym session that you're at you know just trying to stack up and build all these little blocks of wins so you know when you get to the game you can feel really confident in your prep um that that will take over but yeah it's um it's definitely something that yeah a lot of clubs are doing you know what i've noticed about

Yeah, it's definitely interesting, you know, when you're in the thick of it, you know, you obviously hear a lot of outside noise, but you also, you know, you back what, you know, you're there every single day, you're putting in a lot of hard work, you know, that some people don't get to see.

So, you know, you are optimistic that, you know, like a win is going to come or, you know, a good performance is going to come, but, you know, it also can swallow you up a little bit too, you know, you can

you feel the lows worse than fans sometimes, you know, like it does weigh on people, but you also get to experience the highs and they're bloody good too.

So, you know, it's definitely a hard one, but yeah, players are living it.

And yeah, it's definitely something that you have to, you learn as you go on, because when you're 18, you know, you can take some of the wins a bit too, you know, too good.

And then you can take some of the losses a bit too personal too.

do you think of that right i i think it's unreal um speaking to a lot of boys that that are there or or have had had um him in the past they speak very highly of dean young and you know you think of the dragons you think of the the last name young and um i think yeah fans should be very optimistic about about that appointment um he comes across as as a really good you know person and as a coach and you can tell that the dragons they've improved if you watch them

much this year yeah yeah definitely um you know i think they're competing very hard like even against the warriors last week they competed for the full 80 minutes and they're in a lot of games now so i think um yeah i think fans can be really excited by that and i think a lot of the boys at the dragons will be will be stoked with that you know it's interesting because a lot of uh head coaches decided by by the board and the board were very careful this time they appointed uh the management group which is uh tim watts for ben cray and daniel anderson one of the parts
