Yeah, it feels inevitable if you just look at the decisions that they're making.
They're not paying vendors.
They have canceled concerts, so they're limiting their expenditure.
They're reducing staff, which is what you would do when you need to prove, hey, we're trying to run this business, but it's not going so well right now.
Everything is looking in the direction of bankruptcy, and what bankruptcy can offer...
is a deprioritization of the money you owe people.
Basically, just like letting a judge help come in, decide, okay, actually, this is high priority.
Your lead investor, if you bring them on, well, they're going to get paid out first.

i guess operationally rigorous decision making and that's what live is right now it's in this sort of zombie state which is begging for money but not really having money to pay people and uh the vendors who are unpaid just keeps piling up it's at as far as i understand it four right now uh that's four

And, you know, if there's four, there's probably a fifth would be my guess.
The Financial Times reported this morning that bankruptcy filing could take place as soon as next week.
So, I mean, from what I'm hearing and from what I'm seeing, it's all moving in that direction.
It's a weird word.
It's a scary word.
