I think July has been a little bit more temperate than June was, but I do think the Cubs at home have had a lot of really good offensive weather.

It's not that the balls are bouncy.

Specifically, it's not that the balls are bouncy.

If they want to make the balls bouncier, they would increase the core of the baseball, which is like essentially the middle of the baseball, like the core of the earth.

But it's spelled C-O-R.

That's how bouncy the ball is off of the bat.

And what that would do if they wanted to make the balls jumpier, you would see it show up in exit velocity figures.

the balls would be coming off of the bat hotter, which in turn would make them fly further.

That's not what's happening here.

What's happening is the balls are being hit just as hard, if not less hard than they were in June as compared to May and April, but they're flying further in the air.

The resistance on them as they're carrying in the air is not there as much.
