Six months worth of adaptation.

If you're at a level below that, if you're Sunderland Crystal Palace and you're signing someone who is a difference maker, well, you can't just say, Hey, you work it out until Christmas, put on some weight, stay in the gym, you gotta play and you gotta learn on the job.
