Yeah, and it's also responsible for making sure I'm financially stable.

Because if you don't have that, what's the alternative?

You're buying all this stuff.

I laugh sometimes, especially in Los Angeles.

Everybody's bragging about the second home.

I'm going to go to the vacation home.

Okay, that sounds nice in theory, but I look at it like a vacation home.

That's maintenance.

That's taxes.

That's insurance.

You are your father.

Do you think about this at all?

No, that's just coming from a need to provide to the people that are watching me.

You never sit there and go, you never ask yourself, is anybody going to watch this tomorrow?

Is that those thoughts ever?

My fear is, though, selling out two nights and you can't do the four nights.

Sometimes I'd rather just have it the way it is because the next time you go back into that market, the expectation would be, okay, you sold out four, and now if you sell out two, you're on the way down.

It's sick.
