I gotta be honest with you, this Thanksgiving, it was very minimal watching of any football. I have two kids, five and seven, and the time I have with them, we were in the pool, kind of goofing around in the pool, and then my father-in-law was kind of shouting at me from the living room going, that's another score, they're down 17-0.

So I was getting it from him, but I didn't really watch this year. I gave up on the Bears after they went four and four, and I figured we're going south here. So I tap out. Why waste my time with it? I mean, you know, guys like you, you got to watch sports and report about it. But for a fan, like for me, I'm not one of these guys that's going to take the team for four and 12 and watch every game.

No, you know, listen, I have been very blessed to have my dreams come true and make a living at doing stand-up comedy. When I'm home, I'm a family man first. I'm not one of these guys that's all about the career, although I do work a lot. But my family is very important to me, and the time that I do spend with them are very, very precious. You know, I kind of long for the days where I walked into a comedy club and, you know, no one really knew who I was and I had the challenge of kind of like winning them over. So now, you know, it's hard to maintain that level of excellence year in and year out, because I think when people come to the show, They're wanting to see equal to or greater than comedy that they saw the last time.
