And I'm sure there's going to come a lot of positive things, a lot of negative things.
In this case also, when we announced this, we obviously had some people being very frustrated with us.
Like, oh, you know, you're laying people off because of AI.
People were angry to some degree as well.
And I respect that.
I understand why, right?
And that's why a few months later, we tried also to go out and say a different story.
You want it back.
Yeah, we don't think so.
I think Bloomberg changed kind of the headline and then that got misinterpreted.
But what we were trying to say a little bit later on is that, like, to me, as we explore this further, we were like, well, but to be honest, if AI can do customer service,
