You've got oral arguments on the big birthright citizenship case.

I mean, this is the kind of, you know, sort of tourism that we've seen.
It's being marketed around the world where in your last weeks of your pregnancy, come here, have your child in the United States and leave.
I mean, this is a real abuse.
I think highlights the flaws with the with the arguments that have been presented by the other side.
Well, I think, look, the original public, I think what the case comes down to is
Is the court going to recognize the original public meaning of the jurisdictional argument?
What does that mean?
Of course it means, the original meaning of that was that there was some sort of loyalty to the United States.
