A kid that comes from poverty and you tell them they can get $12,000, they'll take it all.
They're going to take it all.
They don't know what accrued interest is.
They don't know about paying this back.
It's a death trap.
They don't know any of that.
They drop out in two years for one reason or another.
Then it all comes due.
They hadn't had a payment up until then.
No one's explaining anything.
And I told Elizabeth Warren, I said, Elizabeth, can't we just change the Stafford program to where you have to have financial literacy?
You cannot get a loan without financial literacy.
