Is Iran a horribly run, not the people, the regime, is it horrible?

Yes.

Are they doing horrible things?

Absolutely.

Do they put our regional partners in danger?

i i think so um how is a different story the how uh imminent was that danger uh is a different story and whether or not we're going to engage in fighting them right now is that international right now because like from what i've seen it's not it's from what we're seeing from reports from marco rubio uh from speaker johnson was that we essentially went to war because israel was going to attack

Iran and Iran was going to attack back.

So therefore we decided to just join in with, with Iran, with Israel, which is basically we're saying that we are, our war making decision was left up to Israel's actions, which is ludicrous.

Right.

And so that being said, were we properly even aligned and ready for this war?

It doesn't sound like it.

It's not like we had some stuff there, but,

We didn't have force protection lined up.

We certainly didn't have our allies lined up.

Bahrain right now is going through some internal struggles now because it has a Shia majority and a Sunni ruling party.

We're running out of our defensive capabilities, and we don't really have an end goal, state goal of how this all ends.

So number one,

We didn't hit the first marker.

There was no national interest in us for us to do this this way.

There may have been other ways, and we could have discussions about that, but certainly not this way, certainly not this timing.
