It's another thing to cause atrocities.

He'll never understand that.

Number one, because he's a psychopath.

Can't really have feelings for other people or thoughts for other people.

But number two, because he's never been in that situation.

He's a selfish, selfish man.

He's never had to have to have to deal with the idea of self sacrifice, the idea of a sacrifice for the greater good of a country or a cause.
