What happens up here in Washington, D.C., is we don't talk about it.

I will give a speech this week on the floor, my third one, about

this radical terrorism, Islamic terrorism.

And I'm taking heat from a lot of people, even from some of my people, because, hey, coach, this is election year.

Well, who cares?

We're not going to have an election year in a few years if we don't start talking and fighting back now.

Now is the time to do it.

Well, all I can tell you is the rhetoric is they want it to be positive.

You know what I'm saying?

They want everything to be positive going into election year.

Well, I'm on the ballot.

I'm not on the Senate ballot.

I'm on the governor ballot of Alabama.

And it doesn't bother me because if the people don't want me to come back there and speak the truth,

and say, listen, we're going to save our state, then I don't need to be there.

If they don't want me to fight, they don't need me there.

But same thing with senators.

Don't ride the fence.

Tell them how it is.

Tell the people in your state how it is.
