There is such a different vibe.

If you've been to Fenway park and you know, you're basically in the stadium, like two blocks away from Fenway park, which is what I think they're going to want game day to be.

And for a lot of people who fled for the suburbs, urban is somehow, urban is a great word.

It means lots going on, lots of people, lots of restaurants, lots of culture, lots of food, lots of music.

It just gives you the opportunity to have a lot of things going on and a lot of places that are great pre and post locations to make it a whole event beyond just the drive in, see the two hour and 30 minute game and get the hell out as fast as you can.
