Undefeated and scoring like 10 runs a game when he's there.

It is.

That's a great point when you talk about finishing up over there at Union Station and in that area.

What I love about it is, you know, you can call it the heart or you can call it a great connector to a lot of areas.

I mean, it's halfway between the loop and the plaza.

It connects those.

It's not far from 18th and Vine where a lot of efforts have been made and a lot of great things are going on over there.

It means that that's an area where when they talk about the 10-minute walk, how far you are from a 10-minute walk, which is frankly how far you're walking oftentimes at Kauffman and at Truman Sports Complex.

I tell people, you just don't think of it because you can see the stadium the whole way.

So it feels like, oh, it's not that far.

It is.

especially when you've got to wait for traffic to cross, like goes on there and weave in and out of wherever the parked cars are.

It will be a jolt to the system, a shock to the system initially as everybody tries to figure out what's going to be their best way to get there and their best way to park.

And do you become just an Uber-only fan?

And the Royals are going to have to figure out a good way to have Uber pick up.

And hopefully the streetcar, you know, develops there.

Hopefully the train station's running –

heavy rail from the outskirts of town to bring people in as well.
