Thousands of people in Minneapolis have taken on the streets for the fourth consecutive day to protest President Trump's immigration crackdown in the city and in the state of Minnesota.

And they say they want to honor the life of Renee Goode, the woman killed by an ICE officer earlier this week, and to send the Trump administration a message that ICE agents are not welcome in their state.

However, the Trump administration has said it will continue its immigration crackdown in the city.

Already 2,000 federal immigration agents are in the state of Minnesota and more are expected to come in the next few days.

You can hear in the background there is a noise demonstration outside a hotel in downtown Minneapolis where organizers say ICE agents are staying.

And people here told me they want to send the Trump administration a couple of messages.

One, that they're still mourning the death of Rene Good.

and that they don't want immigration agents in their community.

More protests are expected over the weekend.
